The upstairs features a large open plan living area, well equipped kitchen, dining area and the master bedroom with an ensuite, all with ducted air conditioning. As well as two more bedrooms with ceiling fans plus the main bathroom with a separate toilet. Out the back there is a grand outdoor entertaining area with an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas BBQ and cook top, bar fridge, dining table, lounge seating and a wall mounted TV all surrounded by lush tropical gardens. On top of that there is a gorgeous turquoise pool with access from the back deck and the wide span front balcony which looks out to the hinterland.
The downstairs level boasts the fourth bedroom with an ensuite and air conditioning, the fully equipped laundry & double lock up garage.
