This property is located within a short few minute stroll to Peregian Beach village and the patrolled beach. You can’t get much closer to the village than this. There is no need for a car when you can stroll into town to restaurants, shops and of course the beautiful Peregian Beach. The upstairs features a large open plan living area, well equipped kitchen, dining area and the master bedroom with an ensuite, all with ducted air conditioning. As well as two more bedrooms with ceiling fans plus the main bathroom with a separate toilet. Out the back there is a grand outdoor entertaining area with an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas BBQ and cook top, bar fridge, dining table, lounge seating and a wall mounted TV all surrounded by lush tropical gardens. On top of that there is a gorgeous turquoise pool with access from the back deck and the wide span front balcony which looks out to the hinterland. The downstairs level boasts the fourth bedroom with an ensuite and air conditioning, the fully equipped laundry & double lock up garage. Includes: Pool, gas BBQ, smart televisions, DVD player, foxtel, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, electric oven, gas stove tops, ducted air conditioned upstairs, split system air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom, internal stairs, double lock up garage.
